๐ฅโช๏ธTrue revival is not about:
– The pastor’s vibrant preaching
– People jumping up and falling down
– Breaking of Chairs
– Weeping and shouting
– Miracles happening
– People receiving answers to prayers and material blessings
– Falling under the anointing
๐ฅโช๏ธReal revival is about:
– Genuine conviction of sin and repentance
– People having authentic salvation experiences
– Men and women turning back to God
– The salvation of souls and a deepening love for God
– Real and see/feel able transformations of lives
๐ฏ๐ฅ Throughout history, from Bible days to contemporary times, we’ve seen many revivals. However, many of these revivals didn’t last because people gathered for the wrong reasons – they sought miracles, material gains, and other benefits. But those who gathered seeking salvation and a genuine relationship with God experienced lasting transformation.
๐ฅ๐ฏ Today, we see many churches and preachers focusing on the wrong things. We see people falling under the anointing, miracles happening, and other spectacular events, but there’s no true transformation in people’s hearts, lives, and souls. That’s not real revival.
๐ฅโช๏ธReal revival is about:
– Hungering for God
– Seeking righteousness and truth
– Being transformed
– Preparing for eternity
This is what real revival is all about. And all over the world, the Spirit is moving, stirring hearts towards genuine revival.
