Legal Requests

A public process for lawful authority requests without bypassing platform security.

Official contact channel

Government agencies, courts and law-enforcement authorities may contact Heavenly Key Evangelistic Movement at contact@heavenlykey.org with the subject Legal Request. This public address is not an authentication mechanism and does not itself authorize disclosure.

What a request should contain

Identify the requesting authority and officer, provide verifiable official contact details, describe the legal authority relied upon, identify the specific account or record sought, state the relevant date range, and limit the request to information necessary for the stated lawful purpose.

Verification and scope

Requests are reviewed for authenticity, lawful authority, jurisdiction, proportionality and technical feasibility. Overbroad or unclear requests may be narrowed, challenged or returned for clarification. We aim to disclose no more information than is lawfully required and technically available.

Preservation requests

Where legally valid and technically feasible, a properly identified preservation request may be considered for existing records while the requesting authority obtains the required legal process. Preservation does not create data that does not exist and does not guarantee indefinite retention.

Emergency danger

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, clearly mark the request as an emergency and explain the nature of the danger, the person at risk, the information requested, and why that information could address the emergency. The platform is not an emergency dispatch service; local emergency channels should be used at the same time.

User notice and confidentiality

Where legally permitted and appropriate, affected users may be notified of requests. Notice may be delayed or withheld where valid law prohibits notice or where notice would create a documented safety or integrity risk.

No direct or secret access

No authority is given administrator credentials, direct database access, session cookies, encryption secrets or a hidden access mechanism merely by making a request. Platform role controls, audit logging and security boundaries remain in effect.

Requests from users

Users seeking their own information, correction or deletion should use the Global Community Safety & privacy request process when signed in, or contact the ministry through the contact page.

Important note

This page states an operational intake process, not a promise that any particular law compels disclosure. Requirements differ across countries, and requests should be reviewed against applicable law before information is released.
